(Site Code DAHA36) The work is to be performed for The Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, providing all plant, materials, tools, labor, equipment, devices, supervision, and transportation necessary to construct an approximate 52,000 square foot, two story building which contains offices, classrooms, and support spaces interconnected to a simulator high bay area containing technical and laboratory areas. This announcement was previously synopsized on 20 SEP 95, to all business concerns interested in this project. Pursuant to that announcement, the Contracting Officer has determined that a sufficient number of responses have been received to set this project aside as a competitive Small Disadvantaged Business project. In addition to those already received, all small socially and disadvantaged business concerns are cordially invited to request a copy of the complete solicitation package. The estimated construction range is between $1 million and $5 million. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The estimated solicitation availability date is 27 NOV 95. The projected bid opening date is 28 DEC 95. Invitations for bid will be issued on a first come, first serve basis, limited to two (2) IFB packages per contractor. The cost for each IFB package is $110.00 each. Submit a check payable to Finance and Accounting Officer along with your written IFB request. Requests for bid packages shall include the solicitation number and project name on company letterhead with the responsible POC, telephone, and FAX numbers included.
