Lee Pagel, (713) 483-6533 NASA's Space Station Program Office plans to issue a Request for Offer (RFO) for a Russian Integration, Technical and Administrative Support Contract. This requirement involves support of Phase I and Phase II Russian activities to be provided through 31 January 1998 and beyond. The following activities will be performed: project management, integration support, systems and project engineering, vehicle analysis and integration, and program scheduling. The Government intends to compete this effort under the 8(a) program with an applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 8731. The Government anticipates a cost reimbursable contract.This procurement is being conducted under the NASA/JSC MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993 -- Requests for copies of the RFO must be submitted in writing, however transmission by facsimile to 713-483-2746 or by Internet e-mail to bhurd@ssf6.jsc.nasa.gov is acceptable. RFO will be released on or about 15 days after publication in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) -- Firm date for receipt of offers will be stated in the RFO.
