This synopsis is issued to seek potential bidders for development and production of an Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit. The suit is a lower body garment incorporating full coverage air bladders to apply uniform pressure to the lower body. The suit provides improved protection for crew members from the effects of high-G in high performance aircraft. Sufficient sizes shall be produced to fit the JPATS range of aircrew members. The suit shall be compatible with all current USAF high performance aircraft. The initial contract for development will be for approximately 50 suits with delivery approximately 4 months after contract award. The full scale production will be sufficient to outfit all high performance aircraft aircrew members, with delivery to begin approximately 15 months after production approval. (0299)
