R -- TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES SOL 561-5-96 POC Contact Point, Elaine Whitaker, (201)676-1000x1616 Contractor will be required to furnish medical transcription services. Dictated material will include a high incidence of technical terminology and require a knowledge of specialized vocabularies. Medical reports will include, but are not limited to: discharge summaries, operative reports, radiology reports, and miscellaneous medical and other administrative reports as required. Reports will be transmitted via telephone modem to printers and/or uploaded directly into medical center's software programs. Turn around times from dictation to receipt of transcribed documents vary from 4 hours to 48 hours and will be strictly enforced. The government reserves the right to award this contract on an other then lowest price based upon a technical evaluation which will be assessed prior to award. Requests for solicitation package MUST be made in writing, no verbal requests will be accepted. Requests for packages can be faxed to 201-673-0082.
