The project includes demolition of four buildings of concrete block, modular metal and wood frame construction totaling, approximately 9500 SF along with ancillary construction. Also includes existing building demolition of existing parking lots, roadways and utilities. New construction consists of a 33,670 SF, 2-story brick and structural steel office building with standing seam roof and associated site improvements, new pavement, overlay pavement, landscaping, irrigation, area lighting in parking lots, roadway and drainage improvments, and new utility extensions to service this and future construction and incidental related work. THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED. There will be 90 day 2 Bid Option(s) for Option 1 - Landscaping and irrigation; Option 2 - All work identified in the area that is North of Bldg. 51 and South of Bldg. 58 and East of Bldg. 49 and West of, although not including, the portion of Bates Street that is adjacent to the new facility.
