Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to Construct a New Laundry Facility that includes, but is not limited to: site grubbing up to 1 acre; paving; building backfill; building slab; building foundations and loading dock; provide and erect a pre-engineeed metal building of approximately 3,000 sq ft (footings and metal building drawings must be submitted for approval); install laundry equipment pads and concrete ''U'' drain; install all underground and above-ground utilities and connections; provide and install restroom fixtures, utility hook-ups to Government-furnished equipment; interior building partitions; lighting; install a ventilation system; provide and install an HVAC system; provide all electrical panels; provide and install all power plant equipment, i.e., hot water heater and water softener; and all underground tie-ins. This project will be located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco (Brunswick), Georgia. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation package will be available o/a November 15, 1995. There is a $25.00 non-refundable charge for each set of solicitation documents.
