The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct an elevated storage mezzanine (approximately 1,640 sq. ft.) with freight lift and an enclosed computer room (aproximately 1,350 sq. ft.). Construction includes structural steel, bar joists, concrete typical office construction, including lighting, power and HVAC. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $300,000, with a construction completion date of 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Must be complete April 1, 1996. On-site contact is Mr. Anthony Ferlaino (214/760-4425). Site visitation is not mandatory but encouraged. Cost of the plans and specifications for this project is $50 per set, nonrefundable.
