Interior finishes will be vinyl tile, carpet, acoustical ceiling and painting. Contractor will provide toilet accessories, toilet partitions,lockers, interior and exterior hollow metal doors, solid core wood doors, door hardware, and aluminum windows. Interior plumbing, heating,ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and fire detection will be provided. Other construction will include the erection of a sauna. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Reform Act of 1988'', and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Demonstration Competitiveness program. Therefore this acquisition is Unrestricted. Performance time is 180 calendar days. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC is 1542 for this acquisition. The average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 and $500,000.
