Z -- CONSTRUCT A HEADQUARTERS BUILDING FOR THE 3-327TH, FORT CAMPBELL, KENTUCKY SOL DAKF23-96-B-0009 DUE 122995 POC Contract Specialist Learah Smith (502) 798-7822 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct a Headquarters Building for 3-327th. Building Shall have a pre- engineered building frame with metal stud and brick veneer wall system with aluminum windows, and hollow metal doors. Roof shall be standard seam metal. Interior work includes metal stud/gypsum board partitions, wood doors, millwork, vinyl composition tile and suspended acoustical tile ceilings. The work also includes mechanical plumbing and electrical systems. Exterior work includes site utilities, earthwork, grading, sowing and seeding, and concrete sidewalks shall be constructed. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this acquisition is Unrestricted. Performance time is 180 calendar days. For the purpose of determining small business size is, SIC 1542, for this acquisition. The average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 and $500,000. Project is subject to the availability of funds. All responsible sources may request a bid by submitting a non-refundable charge in the amount of $25.00.
