Work includes, but is not limited to removal of old insulation and installation of new on selected existing pipes; installation of aluminum jacket over pipe insulation in high pressure wash area; installation of filters and racks across face of steam coil of an air handler unit; addition of freezestat; extension of exhaust ductwork vertically through roof; retesting and balancing of air systems in cage wash area; insulation of selected supply ducts; modification of existing exhaust hoods; and rerouting of selected steam lines. The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation package 96-23 will be available on or about November 10, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 per set.
