Approximately half will be replaced by underground storage tanks and half with above ground storage tanks. Contractors within the local area are urged to pick-up a copy of the solicitation at Building 212, lst floor, plans & specs room, at the Washington Navy Yard. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will only be one set issued per contractor. Please note that plans and specs will be issued on a first-come first-serve basis. The date of issuance of plans and specs is 6 November 1995. The date for bid opening is 7 December 1995. The estimated cost of construction for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
