The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure an upgrade of a television studio for which the contractor will engineer, furnish, install, test and train. The requirement is for two triaxial cabled camera systems. The cameras will be utilized in the studio and other rooms by removing them from the studio and relocating them to various classrooms and the auditorium. When relocated they will be either mounted on Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tripods or mounted on Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) wall mounts. When tripod mounted in the studio, they shall provide operator control of all functions. When wall mounted, remote pan, tilt, zoom and focus by a remote operator will be required. The place of performance will be The Judge Advocate General's School (TJAGS), Charlottesville, VA. Date and time for a site visit will be stated in the solicitation. This acquisition is Subject to the Availability of Funds. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small businesses (Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3663, size standard is 750 employees).
