There will be nonrefundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U. S. Coast Guad for requested drawings. All other referenced documents are available for viewing at Building 400N, Governors Island, NY. Funds are not presently available for this procurement. The government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual purposes can be made. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 16 NOV 95.
