(Site Code DAHA36) The Pennsylvania Air National Guard is currently requiring Architect- Engineering (A/E) Services for various projects at various installations such as Harrisburg International Airport, State College, and Fort Indiantown Gap. The proposed contract is an indefinite delivery, firm fixed price type contract for a period of one year with a Government option to extend those services for an additional year. The total value of all delivery orders under this contract will not exceed $250,000 per year. A single delivery order will not exceed $150,000. Projects presently considered for design are a fire detection system upgrade for various facilities, design of a crane/hoist for a hangar, and a supply building addition. The A/E selection criteria will include in descending order of importance: 1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services, 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, 3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, 4) Past performance on contract with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, 5) Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project, 6) Volume of DoD work previously awarded the firm. Firms shall submit Standard Forms 254 and 255 and number and cost of DoD and Air National Guard projects awarded in the previous 12 months to USPFO for PA, Department of Military Affairs, Purchasing & Contracting, Room #242, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003-5003, within thirty (30) after the date(0300)
