Estimated number of pages to be copied for non-billable requests for release of information is 272,145 for the 12 month contract period. Non-billable requests include, but are not limited to, veterans requests, private agencies, Regional Office requests and District Counsel requests. Billing for services must be on a per page basis. Contractor will provide, at no charge to the VA Medical Center, Danville, Illinois, all photocopy equipment and supplies necessary to process the correspondence requests for medical records. The three locations will be responsible for provided space for the contractor and the postage on all outgoing correspondence. Contractor will furnish personnel to accomplish the services. The solicitation documents will be available after November 9, 1995. The bid opening date for this procurement is December 11, 1995 at 2 p.m. (CST).
