Kay, Contracting Officer Lease with option to purchase four (4) forklifts (without drivers) for use in government warehouses located at COMNAVBASE, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Two (2) forklifts shall have 48'' forks and two (2) forklifts shall have 42'' forks. Forklifts shall be powered by liquid propane gas (LPG) engine driven; have load lift capacity minimum 4,000 lbs. and max. capacity 5,000 lbs.; have hydraulic side shifter for carriage; retracted height shall not exceed 85 inches; have four solid pneumatic tires, two driven and two steerable. Additional specifications are outlined in the solicitation. Contract period will be 1 January 1996 through 31 December 1996 with two (2) 12-month option periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
