This notice constitutes notification of intent to solicit bids to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the government with four (4) 24' x 60'portable facilities and one (1) 24' x 36' portable facility on a one-year lease. The work includes providing three (3) 24' x 60' portable classrooms and one (1) 24' x 60' portable office building with at least four (4) offices, and open office area shall be provided, each shall be equipped with at least one handicap accessible bathroom. Each building is required to have two (2) exits, one with stairs and the other with a ramp which satifies all of the UFAS/ADA requirements for handicap access. Skirting is also required on each building and shall be painted to match the exterior facade of the building which we desire to be, Conch Shell (Glidden 11922) in color. One (1) 24 x 36 portable building shall also be provided for storage. This facility is required to have two exits with stairs provided at each and skirting as specified above. Installation of the portable buildings includes delivery, blocking, leveling, hurricane tie-down straps, skirting and providing stairs and ramps as required. The contractor shall also be responsible for the return freight of the portable buildings. These facilities to be provided on a one year lease. The contractor shall have 30 days performance period to accomplish delivery and setup of all five (5) portable buildings. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. This procurement is unrestricted, all responsible sources will be considered. Specifications and site plan are provided in the solicitation package. Issue date of 20 Nov and Bid opening date of 20 Dec is tentative. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
