Harvey (205) 235-4192 (Site Code DAAC01) This procurement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings that will be furnished with the solicitation package, for the upgrade of the Tank Firing Range at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201. The work consists of excavation, filling, and backfilling; demolition; grading; concrete work; miscellaneous metalwork; and general construction. The project will include the furnishing and installation of one new dual hoist top running bridge crane system, complete with festoon electrification, including a new single runway, single 30 ton double girder bridge, one 10 ton top running hoist, and one 20 ton top running hoist. All motions are to be two speed, electric, and shall meet the following requirements: Bridge - 100 FPM High, 50 FPM Low, plus or minus 10%; Trolley - 100 FPM High, 50 FPM Low, plus or minus 10%; Hoists - 20 FPM High, 10 FPM Low, plus or minus 20%.
