Z -- CONSTRUCT CLASSROOM FOR 160TH SOAR SOL DAKF23-96-B-0007 DUE 122795 POC Contract Specialist Debbie Rapp (502) 798-7826 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct 4800 square foot classroom consisting of site excavation, site grading, site utilities, concrete foundation and pre-engineered steel structure. Exterior walls will be masonry and interior construction will be metal studs with sheetrock. Interior finishes will include vinyl tile, carpet, acoustical ceiling, and painting. Contractor will provide toilet accessories and partitions, interior and exterior hollow metal doors, solid core wood doors, door hardware, overhead coiling door and aluminum windows. Interior plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditions, electrical, and fire detection will be provided. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. This project is subject to the Availability of funds. A copy may be obtained by submitting a non-refundable charge of $25.00 in the form of a money order, certified or cashier's check made payable to the Defense Accounting Office.
