The mfg of the boilers is Clever Brooks, mdl #CB-100-200, s/n: L-84023 & L-84024. The preventative maintenance contract shall include the following: eight ea monthly inspections per boiler, three each quarterly inspections per boiler, one ea annual inspection per boiler, additional service calls, emergency service calls, and replacement parts.
