MEDIUM POWER RADARS (MPR) AND IFF/SIF EQUIPMENTS SOL:

202/482-1512. The Royal Netherlands Airforce is requesting nominations
from qualified and certified companies to bid to replace all receiver
and video extractor equipment between the analogue 30 MHZ Radar
signals from the 12 beams and side lobe blanking (SLB) and the CRC
computer system. Furthermore, the IFF/SIF interrogator and decoder and
mode 4 evaluator have to be replaced. Via a digital network, the radar
data will be presented to the radar integration controller (RIC) of the
current CRC-system. In parallel, all data has to be presented on local
and remote maintenance and control stations (MCS). The video extractor
is required to: (A) perform signal processing, (B) extract
3-dimensional primary radar plots, (C) extract secondary radar plots,
(D) perform correlation of the primary and secondary plots. A security
clearance of NATO Confidential is required for performance of this
contract. The ``cahier des charges'' will be released by the end of
November. All applicants must be certified to compete in NATO ICB by
the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications. Submit
