The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement to procure insured roundtrip transportation services for BEP exhibit and sales items (collectibles) for BEP participation in the Nunismatic/Philatelic shows held both CONUS AND OCONUS. Value will vary from show to show. Exact dates and times for pick-up outbound and return to be coordinated between vendor and BEP Marketing Staff Personnel. Vendor is to provide trained, armed personnel who will meet all scheduled pick ups and deliveries and will contain all necessary paperwork and directions for pick ups and deliveries. Guaranteed delivery at the appointed time is essential. Requests for RFQ-19-2 must be submitted in writing or facsimile to (202) 874-3135. All written requests must include the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the BEP.
