Bidders must submit Technical and Price Proposals to be considered for award. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: Project approach, time schedule, experience, past performance and price. Two sites are located on the Spearfish/Nemo Ranger District, Lawrence County, South Dakota, and six sites on the Bearlodge Ranger District, Crook County, Wyoming, Black Hills National Forest.
