The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby soliciting Proposals to provide the technical design resources to successfully complete preliminary engineering, final engineering and services during construction necessary to complete the St. Clair County light rail extension. The successful proposer, called the LRV Designer will be responsible for developing the specifications for the procurement of Light Rail Vehicles and the design of a Maintenance/Storage Facility for an approximate 24 mile extension of the MetroLink Light Rail System. The proposed extension the alignment extends from the current 5th & Missouri Station in East St. Louis Illinois to the Mid-America Airport.
