The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby soliciting Proposals to provide the technical design resources to successfully complete preliminary engineering, final engineering and services during construction necessary to complete the St. Clair County light rail extension. The successful proposer, called the Trackwork Designer will be responsible for the ballast, tie and rail design of an approximately 24 mile extension of the MetroLInk Light Rail System. The proposed extension the alignment extends from the current 5th & Missouri Station in East St. Louis Illinois to the Mid-America Airport.
