Delivery of the entire range of Employee Assistance Services to all areas and offices of the Midwest Region of the National Park Service. The States covered by the service will be OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, MN ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, MO and AR. These services include but are not limited to professional help for employees whose job performance is declining or adversely affected due to drug problems, or other personal problem. Services to be included are: alcohol/drug abuse intervention, counseling, emotional/behavioral problem solution and other work related problems. The services should be accessible through self-referral, union referral, co-worker referral, or supervisory intervention. Solicitation will be by Request for Proposal and source selection by evaluation of technical criteria. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 8, 1995. (303)
