Mattice (703/697-6259) The Department of Defense, Manpower Data Center (DMDC) is seeking a full-service advertising agency for the United States Armed Forces corporate advertising efforts. The period of performance for this contract is expected to be for one year plus four option years. The proposed multi- million dollar annual contract will include creation, production, and placement of all JRAP advertising in national magazines, newspapers, television, radio, and direct mail. Advertising will support the Services' Non-Prior Service, Reserve Officer's Training Corps (ROTC), and Reserve Program recruiting needs. Contractors will be required to develop joint advertising in selected media; process and track all joint leads; and provide advertising guidance to JRAP for effectively communicating the attributes of military service to prospects and influencers. Contractors will also be expected to provide other normal advertising services; such as account management, billing, traffic control, and research. Requests for the RFP must be submitted in writing and must include five (5) self- addressed/self-adhesive labels. Written requests for the solicitation should be received in this office NLT thirty (30) days from the date of the CBD appearance of this synopsis.
