Pre-Solicitation Notice - Services are required for the construction of a Fire Suppression System. The work involves construction of a new 600 SF Pump House, installing an AFFF system in a 30,000 SF +/- hangar, installing a wet pipe suppression system in a 30,000 SF Supply/Warehouse Facility, and installing set pipe suppression systems in several other smaller facilities. The construction consists of masonry walls, doors, interior and exterior lighting, unit heaters and fans, and a standing seam roof for the pump house. Also included in the new construction is the installation of underground water mains, primary electric, associated site work, drainage and landscaping. This solicitation is a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 Million average revenue for the previous three years.
