Category of work includes, but is not limited to: demolition; removal of asbestos; masonry; carpentry; welding; plumbing; steam piping; mechanical systems; installations; electrical; and overhead crane service. A fixed price contract is contemplated with a 245 calendar day performance period. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and 5,000,000.
