Provide labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to renovate bathrooms and kitchens of six Coast Guard family housing units in Kahului, Maui, complete and ready to use. The work includes replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, exhaust hood, and replacing bathroom vanities. Replace sheet vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. Electrical work includes replacing old duplex wall outlets with new GFCI wall receptacles. Paint ceilings and walls of bathrooms and kitchen and reglaze tub and tile in the bathrooms. Construction shall be staged so that residents have complete use of one of the bathrooms at all times. All work to be completed no later than 140 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The estimated cost of this work is between $25,000 to $100,000.
