Dumdum at (671) 333-2985 This is an indefinite quantity contract for miscellaneous floor coverings at rates set forth in the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity work items. The work includes all labor, transportation, material, equipment and supervision required for removal of existing floor covering, installation of new floor covering and other related work. The work also includes, cutting of door bottom, removing and resetting of furniture and furnishings and incidental related work. Contract minimum is $25,000.00. Contract term shall commence on date of award and shall be for a period of twelve (12) months or until the maximum amount of work has been ordered, whichever occurs first. Term of contract will be Base and Four Option Years. Estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the Base Year.
