Lever ette,213/894-4992 Contractor shall provide necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to construct approximately 800 lineal feet of steel canopy over existing loading docks on the north and south sides of bays D and E. Reroute roof drains under dock. Remodel toilet facilities in bay D for both sexes and handicap accessibility. Construct dock steps and handicap accessible ramp; provide loading dock lighting and receptacles; area heating at loading doors; and drop cords for mail handling equipment. Provide legal removal of hazardous materials and miscellaneous work for the Los Angeles Bulk Mail Center, 5600 Rickenbacker Road, Building 701, Bell, CA, per the construction plans and specifications. Estimated cost range: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Estimated completion: within 180 calendar days.
