G. Huxtable Pumping Plant. The roof shall be a built-up roof with bitumastic sealer, felt, tapered insulation and general sheet metal work including fascia, cants, gravel stop, flashing and metal decking with concrete, rebars and mesh. The environment shall be protected. The estimated cost range of this proposed work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $7.0 million.
