''Sources Sought - On 12 August 1993, CECOM and PM Combat
Identification awarded a competitive contract to TRW/Magnavox to
design, fabricate, integrate and qualify forty-five (45) Engineering
and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Battlefield Combat Identification
System (BCIS) millimeter wave (mmw), question-and-answer (Q&A)
equipment sets, with installation kits for various ground-to-ground
platforms.(sp2)PM Combat Identification is conducting a market survey
to identify other sources who have developed or designed mmw Q&A system
models that can be used by combat, combat support and combat service
support forces to positively identify, or be identified by other
similarly equipped friendly ground and air vehicles, special operations
forces and dismounted ground maneuver forces in ground-to-ground and
air-to-ground engagement scenarios. Please send any technical or
