It is the Government's intent to negotiate with Grumman Melbourne Systems Division (GMSD), 2000 NASA Boulevard West, Melbourne, FL, 32902-9650 for Lot V of the E-8C Production Program. During Lot V, the Contractor will fabricate, integrate, test and deliver two (2) Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar Systems (Joint STARS) E-8C Systems, and provide initial spares, associated data, over and above refurbishment effort, and a Weapon System warranty.
