The procurement listed here is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Interested SB concerns should as early as possible but not later than COB 21 Nov 95, indicate interest in acquistion by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capablility to perform (including references for similar work with telephone numbers, points of contact, and contract numbers) and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially small business concern. If references and eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate solicitation, those SB concerns will not be considered in determining the Set-Aside. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. The proposed bid opening date is 3 Jan 96.
