Bureau of Prisons requires the services of a biological laboratory
experienced in testing fish for contamination. The firm chosen will
collect, prepare, transport and test approximately 25 fish. Collection
shall include one each of five or more fish species from each of five
ponds at the Federal Prison Camp, Allenwood, PA. Each specie will be
tested for volatiles, semi-volatiles, and metals. Testing each specie
for the explosives TNT and RDX is a separate line item that may or may
not be awarded. All fish testing will comply with Federal or State
guidelines whichever is more stringent. The data must be of sufficient
known quantity to withstand scientific and legal challenges relative
to the use for which the data is obtained. This will be a firm fixed
