Information Technology Services (ITS) of the Library of Congress requests information from providers of telephone billing services. The Library maintains and operates an integrated system of PBX's on Capitol Hill and at several remote locations. Currently usage reports are generated in house through the use of a commercial CICS inventory and billing system. The Library's interest is in identifying service providers who would accept call detail records in magnetic form and return paper billing reports on a monthly basis. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. Firms that can provide the service described above are encouraged to submit the information requested in writing (original and one copy).
