Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct 2,400 square foot pre-engineered steel building having metal wall panels and roof with interior liner panels and insulation to house existing FEDS system. Building shall contain equipment room, motorized roof scuttles and motorized overhead doors. Furnish and install plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and components as required. Additive/deductive items currently envisioned include (a) Furnish and install overhead trolley hoist; (b) Furnish and install air compressor; (c) Furnish Water Recycling Equipment; and, (d) Install Water Recycling Equipment. Project includes site clearing and grading. Exterior water, sewer, gas and electrical lines will be required. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $17 million. Period of performance for completion of the project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award of the contract is subject to availability of funds and statutory cost limitation for the base item.
