Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct 4,000 square foot Fuel Blivet Purging Facility to include concrete foundations, loading dock, and ramp with open-sided pre-engineered steel building. Purging area will include masonry construction reinforced to withstand an explosion. Plumbing, heating ventilation and electrical work will be required. Additive/deductive items currently envisioned include (a) Additional bays up to approximately 4,000 square feet; (b) Explosion-proof light fixtures; (c) Light monorail and a 1/2 ton bridge crane; (d) Fencing; (e) Gravel Parking Lot; and, (f) Painting. Project includes site clearing, grading, and construction of gravel roadway. Exterior water, sewer, gas and electrical lines will be required. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $17 million. Period of performance for completion of the project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award of the contract is subject to availability of funds and statutory cost limitation for the base item.
