The scope of work provides for the conversion ofthe remaining existing 12.47 KV and 2.4 KV overhead electrical distribution systems to a new 12.47 KV underground distribution system. Included is the removal of circuits #1 and #3 12.47 KV overhead distribution near the main switching station; circuit #2 12.47 KV overhead distribution, including substations F-18 and E-1; and circuits #4, #5, and #6 2.4 KV overhead distribution; and the replacement of these circuits with underground 12.47 KV circuits and associated equipment. This work includes pole line removal; the replacement of 12.47 KV pole-mounted transformers; replacement of 2.4 KV pole-mounted and pad-mounted transformers; provision of 12.47 KV pad-mounted transformers; providion of pad-mounted multi-way 15 KV switching stations; metering; pad-mounted capacitor banks; replacement of the existing main switching station; relocation of the existing automatic voltage regulator; the asssociated underground ductbank and cables; all electrical coordination and protection studies; and all field testing and training of Government personnel on the new system. 1 job.
