Hurlburt Field intends to competitively acquire 3(three) ea prefabricated metal buildings: Building one, 30' x 180', to include all columns, rafters, purlins, nuts, bolts, and anchor bolts, standing seam metal roof, color: medium bronze. Building two, 50' x 100' to include columns, rafters, purlins, nuts, bolts, screws, anchor bolts, standing seam metal roof, color: medium bronze. Building three, 80' x 100' to include all columns, rafters, purlins, nuts, bolts, screws and anchors bolts. Roof shall be standing seam metal, color: medium bronze. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3448 with a 500 employee small business size standard. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to deliver and unload the buildings in accordance with the complete specifications. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.
