F on a sole source basis with Pneumafil Corp., Charlotte, NC 28297-6348. Pneumafil is the manufacturer and holds the proprietary rights to all drawings and data. Delivery shall commence 240 days after effective date of contract. FOB destination terms apply with inspection and acceptance at NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane.
