The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to award a consolidated base maintenance contract which includes: electrical and HVAC equipment maintenance and repair, custodial services, pest control, grounds maintenance, solid waste collection and disposal services, gas free engineering services, maintenance of vehicles, maintenance of material handling equipment, elevator maintenance, maintenance of overhead doors, and maintenance of compressed air systems. The contract will be for a one year base period with options to extend. The total contract term, including the base period and all options, shall not exceed sixty months. The proposed contract is a 100 percent set aside for Small Business Concerns (SB).
