Contractor shall have a certified marine chemist on site, provide temporary storage tanks or an oil/water separator to contain or separate contaminants in the influent to the structure while the other work is being accomplished, contents of the facility are hazardous materials, remove and dispose of abandoned piping, valves, etc, thoroughly clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the structure of the facility and dispose of the residue, remove all sludge and water from the facility, repair and seal cracks and other imperfections in the floor and walls of the structure, recoat the entire interior with a compatible fuel resistant coating, paint the exterior including the piping and other attachments, reestablish normal flow to the structure, and regrade small washout under the west end of the structure.
