The Control Center will have support utilities (water, sewer, phone and electric), paving and security lights. A manually operated side gate (Riverside and Midway) with also be constructed with appropriate paving, phone and electric allowance for Government furnished/Contractor installed guardshack. Install chainlink fence (8 foot standard in housing, 6 foot with barbwire top runners every- where else) as shown on construction documents. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1542.
