Z -- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS TO BUILDING 10 AT THE NAVAL WEAPONS STATION, SEAL BEACH, CA SOL N68711-91-B-4240. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform repairs and alterations to an existing building. These will include removal of asbestos containing materials, removal of lead-containing paint, removal and replacement of existing fixed and double-hung windows, removal and replacement of existing exterior entry doors, removal and replacement of existing toilet facilities including the addition of new water service, removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment, removal and replacement of existing light fixtures and power receptacles, removal and replacement of existing fire alarm system, alteration and extension of existing fire sprinkler system and incidental related work at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA by means of a firm fixed price type contract.
