Project includes but is not limited to providing all transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, labor and materials necessary to construct a new warming house approximately 1,075 SF and a skating rink of approximately 9,900 SF. The new warming house will be masonry with a standing seam roof and will include space for restrooms, lobby, checkout room, storage and mechanical/electrical. The skating rink will include a concrete slab foundation and side and end boards. Mechanical items include a HVAC system with a gas furnace and complete plumbing. Electrical items include exterior skating rink lighting with control, interior and exterior lighting receptacles, telephone outlets, electrical panel, fire alarm system and one new pad mounted distribution transformer with new primary riser in strict accordance with plans and specifications of the contract as specified in the Technical Provisions and Drawings for this project, JFSD# 954010. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disk. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 2.0 files. A list of suggested local firms able to print these documents will be available. The magnitude is between $100K and $250K. This project will be issued unrestricted.
