Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to construct 2,800 square foot (CMU/masonry exterior wall) addition including partition walls, removal of asbestos containing materials, and removal and installation of interior partition walls, doors and windows to include interior patching and finishing in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for projects JFSD 930041, 930041A and 930041B. The new addition portion of this project is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. NAF funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. The renovation portion of this purchase does not involve Federal Tax Dollars. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 2.0 files. Construction period is 120 days. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
