Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate Dormitory 214. Project includes but not limited to the following: Asbestos abatement, kitchen repairs, laundry room, vending machine area, retrofit sleeping rooms, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and all other works as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for JFSD 930056 A/B. Work shall be accomplished on Grand Forks AFB, ND. The performance period shall be 195 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be MicroSoft Word for Windows 2.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. Project requirements will be made available on or about 15 Nov 95. (303)
